Reshoots, schmeeshoots. This movie still looks GREAT.

Get excited Star Wars fans. We've been given another glimpse of "Rogue One."

Any concern over the hastily-announced reshoots has totally evaporated. Our latest peek into the world of the forthcoming installment in the Star Wars franchise came today in the form of a new poster as well as an unprecedented, 3-minute long reel released at Star Wars Celebration in London.

Never fear my fellow Jedi, if these new teasers are anything to go by, it looks like the Force is strong with "Rogue One"

The trailer gives us a glimpse of some intense, Saving Private Ryan-esque battle scenes.

There was speculation that this summer's reshoots were called in order to lighten up the film after Disney was unsatisfied with its tone, but the "Celebration Reel" looks as gritty and dark as anything we've seen in the Star Wars universe.

Rest assured, it looks like there will be plenty of explosions and Wilhelm screams to be had.

There's a thing that looks like bulbous, blue Admiral Ackbar.

And then there's this badass.

Forest Whitaker was surprisingly absent from the reel but there was a lot of footage of this little-seen character and his dope staff.

Clearly, Rogue One will not break the Hollywood standard of cool guys not looking at explosions.

The whole reel is jam packed with explosions, creatures of all varieties, and spades of GORGEOUS practical sets.

Director Gareth Edwards also speaks to the importance of balancing reverence towards the franchise's legacy with trying to do something new that fans will love.

That kind of awareness is definitely important when handling a juggernaut piece of IP like Star Wars. 'Rogue One' definitely appears to be in good hands.

Don't believe us? Check out the full reel in all its glory.

The new poster seems to confirm the film's darker tone in the face of the looming spectre of the Empire.

We have to remember, Rogue One takes place prior to the events of a New Hope. We're going to be seeing a scrappier, younger, Rebellion fighting against an Empire at the height of its power.

All in all, these teasers should go a long way towards quelling any fears that the reshoots were gonna totally nuke the movie's potential.

From the look of things, surprise, surprise, Disney still knows what they're doing, and are taking great care to craft a Star Wars film that fans will love.

May the Force be with you.
