We can now drink freely (even before your wedding) because research shows at least two glasses of wine before bed could be the secret to losing weight.

So what's the deal? There is a magic chemical in wine, resveratrol, which helps stop fat cells from gaining more fat. Researchers at Washington State University and Harvard say that 2+ glasses could help reduce obesity by 70%

They also note that the calories in wine also discourage late-night snacking which is a huge player in the weight-gain game. So take a cue from Amy's glass and trade in that pint of Ben & Jerry's for a pint of wine instead.
