Russian photographer and artist Alexey Kljatov's latest photo series is taking on the beauty of winter.
These incredibly clear and detailed macro shots of snowflakes show a side of colder weather that is very difficult to capture.
Kljatov uses a Canon Powershot A650 with a lens reverse mounted onto the front to get these unique shots.
Most of Kljatov's work focuses on snowflake macro photography, HDR (high dynamic range images), night cityscapes and still life light painting pictures.

His work has been published in in the Wall Street Journal, the Daily Mail, The Week, Esquire, Liberation and other publications.

Prints of these shots are available on RedBubble and Fine Art America.

Prints are available for purchase here and here.
