Weather.com Announced the winners of their photo contest and the photos are absolutely breathtaking. The photo contest is in its second year and received over 40,000 photo submissions from people all across the globe.Â

This was the first place winner of the contest. The photo was taken in Spring 2013, a few months after Hurricane Sandy swept through the east coast.Â
