This Office's Walls Were Super Boring Before the Employees Redid Them in an Amazing Way

by N/A, 10 years ago | 2 min read

Graphic designer and Reddit user, Ben Brucker, noticed something about the creative agency he works at that struck him with conviction - their walls were incredibly bland. Maybe even borderline depressing.

And if you know anything about creative agencies, you'd know that most's walls are anything but. In fact, if there's any kind of company that should have eccentric, well-decorated walls, it's creative agencies...so Brucker's thought process went.

Being a man of gumption, he brought up the observation with his boss, along with an idea to solve the problem. And since they would be moving offices in only a few short months, he knew it had to be practical and inexpensive in order to get the okay.

So what did he land on? Super heroes...made out of sticky notes.

It started with walls of pure sadness.
But then, the shopping spree happened, for which Brucker's boss provided $300 for.
Before any of the work started though, he designed to-scale, pixelated designs to serve as the blueprints.
Then, they got to work...
In a big way.
Brucker's coworkers obviously didn't get that into the project...
Oh wait, just kidding, yes they did.
And they even received some additional help.
In total, 8,024 post-its were used.
That's $300 well spent if you ask me.
And most certainly the type of walls you'd expect to see in a creative agency. Bravo!
