These 8 Photos Will Change The Way You Think About Pole Dancing

Los Angeles-based advertising and fashion photographer Brett Stanley has spent many years photographing performers. For aeralists to fire dancers, he's done it all. 

His latest effort involved pole dancers whom Stanley met at a pole fitness studio. That might not sound artistic to some, but he added another element to the shoot that shook things up. The photos were taken underwater, making the women weightless and freeing them up to re-think their tricks and poses.
