Micaël Reynaud is a freelance designer and stop-motional animator that creates extraordinary animated GIFs unlike anything you’ve seen before.
His process numerous video techniques, ranging from slit-scanning, time-lapse, and many forms of masking to create what he likes to call “hypnotic very short films.”
Many of the GIFs are taken from full videos which you can see on his Vimeo Channel.
His worked has been noted in the 2014 Giphoscope International Art GIF contest, as well as his pigeon GIF becoming a finalist in the Saatchi Gallery Motion Photography competition.
